Ingredients

4 cloves garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 lbs. lean hamburger
Italian spices
Basil, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese
Sugar

Directions

In large pot saute/fry diced onion, green pepper, minced mushrooms. Add in browned hamburger. Add in tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook for at least 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
