Spaghetti Marinara

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced fine)
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 4 c. tomatoes (peeled and cut into pcs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil (minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pound Ronzoni spaghetti
  • Grated Romano and Parmesan cheese (as needed)

Directions

  1. Brown garlic in oil. Add in tomatoes, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Cook over low flame 30 min. Add in oregano and tomato paste and continue to cook till sauce thickens (about 15-20 min).
