Directions

  1. In large uncovered saucepan, cook spaghetti in boiling water, first amounts of veg. oil and salt till tender but hard, about 11-13 min. Drain. Return spaghetti to pot.
  2. Heat second amount of veg. oil in frying pan. Add in beef and onion. Scramble-fry till no pink remains and onion is soft.
  3. Add in mushroom soup, tomato soup, water, seasoned salt and pepper to meat mix. Simmer slowly uncovered for 10-15 min.
  4. Add in first amount of cheese. Stir to heat. Mix with spaghetti. Turn into 2 1/2-3 qt greased casserole.
  5. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter in small saucepan. Stir in remaining cheese. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20-30 min, or possibly till warm and browned. Serves 6-8.
