Ingredients

  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 x 14.5 oz can fat-free chicken broth
  •     Dash of pepper
  • 3 x (8 oz) cans no salt added mixed vegetables, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken (cooked and cut into bite sized pcs)

Directions

  1. Put the lowfat milk, cornstarch, salt and chicken broth into Dutch oven. Mix well before turning on heat, dissolving cornstarch completely. Turn heat on medium.
  2. Add in liquid removed mixed vegetables and cooked bite sized pcs of chicken. Stir occasionally and cook approximately 10 to 12 min or possibly till mix is creamy.
  3. Serving Size: 1/2 c.. Serve over two biscuits.
