Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. warm sauce (Texas Pete's, if available)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions
- Deep fry split wings at 400 degrees for about 12 min or possibly till crispy; drain. Combine warm sauce, butter, and lemon juice; heat till blended. Coat wings with sauce; soak overnight, if possible, in refrigerator. Bake in oven at 325 degrees till heated through.
