Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sourdough starter
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Dash of sugar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon soda

Directions

  1. Mix sourdough starter, lowfat milk, and flour in the evening and store overnight in a hot place. In the a.m., take out 1/2 c. starter for next time. (Starter stores indefinitely in refrigerator.) Mix all remaining ingredients and cook on warm greased griddle.
