Ingredients

  • 1 c. sourdough
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Combine sourdough, hot water and yeast in a bowl. Beat egg and add in to liquid. Add in flour and blend; knead till smooth. Add in more flour if needed. Roll out on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in buttered pan. Cover and rise one hour. Bake at 375 degrees 20 min or possibly till brown.
