Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 boneless half chicken breasts
  • 8 to 10 slices of dry beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix soup and lowfat sour cream. Use just sufficient to cover bottom of baking dish. Wrap a slice of dry beef around each chicken breast. Place in baking dish. Use the remaining soup mix to cover the chicken. Cover baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
