Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs; beat till fluffy. Add in vanilla. Add in lowfat sour cream alternately with dry ingredients.
  2. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon mix (recipe follows), add in rest of batter and sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon mix. Run knife blade through batter to marbelize.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
