Directions

  1. Put together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter. Add in water to moisten evenly (about 2 T). Press into ball. Roll. Put in 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan. Brush with egg white.
  2. Put together lowfat sour cream, cream cheese, egg, brown sugar, flour and vanilla in bowl. Beat thoroughly till smooth. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fill pie shell with blueberries. Pour cream mix over berries. Bake 10 min at 450 degrees then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 min.
  3. Put together in blender all ingredients, except butter. Mix and chop fine. Add in butter and blend. Distribute evenly to create crumbly mix. After pie is baked add in topping and bake again for 10 to 15 min.
