Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can blueberries (liquid removed) or possibly 1 box fresh blueberries
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients but cream. Add in which last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min then 350 degrees till set about 35 to 45 min.
