Ingredients

  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

  1. Combine butter and lowfat sour cream. Add in flour. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into ungreased mini-muffin tins. Bake 15 min at 450 degrees.
