Ingredients

  • 1 gm pasta, (fideo or possibly figures),
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 med onion
  • 4 c. chicken or possibly meat broth
  •     vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning like chicken broth dry

Directions

  1. In a little amount of vegetable oil sauteethe pasta and when it is done take away and let stand in a paper towel. Sauteethe onion previously minced and when is transparent add in the tomato sauce, cook and add in the broth salt and pepper and seasoning. Add in the pasta and cook for 20 minutes more or possibly less.
  2. You can add in some fresh vegetables when cook for to add in flavor and vitamins, like spinach or possibly carrots.
