Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Grandma's molasses
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ginger

Directions

  1. Refrigeratedough. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Dip tops into sugar, place sugar side up on a greased cookie sheet. Bake till set, but not hard, at 350 degrees for 7 or possibly 8 min. These cookies flatten out when baked. This dough may be frzn.
