Soft Boiled Eggs

Very quick and easy recipe, and if you love Eggs, this one is for you.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (or how many you desire)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tp salt
  • Fresh herbs for garnish--I used parsley, basil, thyme
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Cracked black pepper & salt--to taste
  • 1TB chopped scallions

Directions

  1. Bring water to a good rolling boil
  2. Add the tp of salt
  3. Gently puncture the large end of the eggs. I used the sharp end of a metal skewer
  4. Place the eggs in the boiling water
  5. Boil for approximately 5 minutes
  6. Remove Eggs from boiling water and rinse under cold water
  7. Peel, cut, garnish, enjoy!
