Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together by hand. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees on ungreased pan (do not bake longer or possibly they will not be soft).
