Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Moong Dal
  • 3 cups of coconut milk (extracted from 1 big sized coconut)
  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 1 drumstick
  • Few nos . of beans and Saber Beans
  • 1 Brinjal
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 green chilly(split it lengthwise)
  • 1 small sized Lemon (extract the juice from it)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of mustard and urad dhal
  • A sprig of curry leaves
  • For Grinding
  • 1 tbsp. of grated coconut
  • 2 nos. of red chillies
  • 2 tsp. of coriander seed
  • Piece of ginger and a garlic
