Ingredients
- 1 pound cut okra
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 6 chicken wings
Directions
- Fry okra, onions and tomatoes in veg. oil. Add in salt, pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning and vinegar. Add in chicken wings and let cook slowly adding tomato sauce. Cook very slowly for about 20 min or possibly till wings are tender.
