Ingredients
- 1 lg. frying chicken, cut up
- Salt and pepper to season chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. canned mushroom pcs and liquid
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Put frying chicken in oblong baking pan. Salt and pepper to season. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken pcs. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Remove foil and drain gravy to thicken. Return chicken to oven 10 min. Serve with boiled potatoes.
