Ingredients
- 1 recipe cooked rice
- 1 smoked sausage
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- Celery (1 bunch)
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- 1. Start rice - cook according to package directions.
- 2. While rice is cooking, cut up sausage, onion, green pepper and celery. Then saute/fry till vegetables are tender.
- 3. When veggies are tender, add in tomato sauce till heated. Add in rice and mix and heat till rice is hot.
