Ingredients

  • 1 pound can salmon
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, soft
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 3 tbsp. snipped parsley; optional

Directions

  1. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine next five ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Just before serving add in nuts and parsley. Serve with crackers. Better if prepared a day ahead.
