Smoked Pheasant Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x 1-Gallon ziplock bag
  • 2 x Cleaned Pheasant
  • 1 x 18oz bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. Worcheshire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or possibly two. Three days would not hurt.
  2. Place on smoker till done.
