Ingredients
- 225 gm Smoked cod roe, (8oz)
- 225 gm Unsalted butter, or possibly more (8oz)
Directions
- Slit the cod's roe in half and in a processor, having discarded the skin, blend the soft inside with the butter till well mixed. Serve with minced hard boiled egg, parsely and red onion and lots of toast or possibly spread on rounds of toast as an appetizer.
