Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Current recipe picture

I used a combination of Oak & Hickory wood chunks. 6 ounces total.
After removing the membrane wash and dry the ribs. Coat liberally with rub and refrigerate over night.
Preheat the smoker. Apply more rub to ribs before going into the smoker.
Load ribs into the smoker. Smoke for 3 1/2 hours at 225'.
Check for doneness at 3 1/2 hours. The meat should be pulling away from the bone but not falling off the bone.
Transfer ribs to the grill. Cover and cook on medium high indirect heat for 15 mintues.
Turn over and apply BBQ sauce. Brush sauce over ribs. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Turn and baste with sauce. Cover and cook 8 more minutes.
Ribs are ready for the table. These will have your guests raving about how good they are.
