  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook potatoes in simmering water until fork tender.
  3. Mash them (skins on) and add the other ingredients, withholding some of the cheese for the topping.
  4. Put into a 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove and top with rest of the cheese and some paprika.
