Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) roast or possibly stew meat
  • Salt
  • Veg. oil
  • 2 tbsp. each soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

  1. Season roast with salt to taste. Brown in warm oil in skillet. Place browned meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
  2. Cover and cook on slow for 8-10 hrs. Serve over rice.
