Slow-Cooker Triple Delicious Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Milk, Divided
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Oz. Square White Chocolate, Chopped
  • 1 Oz. Square Bittersweet Chocolate, Chopped
  • Garnish:
  • Sweetened Whipped Cream
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in medium bowl; beat until smooth. Pour into slow cooker. Add remaining 2-1/2 cups milk and vanilla. Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours.
  2. Add cream. Cover and cook on LOW 10 minutes. Stir in white and bittersweet chocolates until melted.
  3. Pour hot chocolate into 6 coffee cups. Top each with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
