Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves (garlic paste)
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk together tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, garlic ,oregano, salt and pepper in crock pot. Add chicken, pepper and onion. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
