  • 2 lbs. steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown steak; put in cooker. Stir in water, mushrooms and soup mix. Cook on HIGH 5-6 hrs. Now combine flour and lowfat sour cream; stir into steak mix. Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
