Ingredients

  • 40oz (1200gr) beef, suitable for braising, cut into 1″ (2.5cm) pieces
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt or 1 beef stock cube, crumbled
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cups (15oz, 450gr) chopped, peeled tomatoes, with all juices
