Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound stew meat
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 bag carrots, cut diagonally
  • 5 med. onions
  • 3/4 c. burgundy wine
  • 3-4 cans beef broth
  • 1/2 c. minute tapioca
  • 1 whole celery, cut diagonally
  • 4 med. potatoes

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in Dutch oven or possibly roasting pan. Cover and cook at 250 degrees all day.
