The best sloppy joe around! Sounds weird, but it works. I've been eating these for 50 years. Oops. Gave that away:)
Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 t yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown beef, garlic and onion together. Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. Simmer until the right consistency for you. Serve openfaced on hamburger bums.
