Ingredients
- 3 med Baking potatoes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can (15-ounce) Green Giant Sloppy Joe Sandwich sauce, or possibly
- 1 can (15.5-ounce) tomato sandwich sauce with seasoning
- Â Â Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Â Â Sliced green onions
- Â Â Minced tomato
Directions
- Pierce potatoes with fork. Arrange in spoke pattern on microwave-safe paper towel in microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 min or possibly till tender, turning potatoes and rearranging halfway through cooking. Meanwhile, in large skillet brown grnd beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cook till thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. To serve, cut potatoes in half lengthwise; mash slightly with a fork. Spoon about 3/4 c. beef mix over each potato. If you like, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and minced tomato.
