Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 6 oz (170g) chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 packet (16oz/450g) fresh pancit (wheat) noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Napa cabbage leaves, sliced
  • 2½ cups (600ml) chicken broth (or water)
  • 2 oz (56g) snow peas
  • 1 tbsp corn starch mix with 2 tbsp water
