  • 1 (15 ounce.) box Raisin Bran cereal
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. plain flour
  • 5 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart. buttermilk
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. raisins or possibly minced dates

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and mix well. Cover tightly and chill. (Keeps up to 6 weeks.) Bake as needed in greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
