Ingredients
- 6 c. bran
- 1 3/4 c. honey
- 5 c. whole wheat flour
- 5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- Raisins or possibly dates (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Stores in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
- Do not stir when scooping out of bowl. Just scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
