Directions

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise in another bowl. To assemble, spread beans in a long oblong dish or possibly a large round one. Top with the avocado mix, layer with lowfat sour cream mix. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with grated cheese. Top all with Picante sauce. Serve with chips. This makes a huge dip.
