Ingredients

  • 2 pound sirloin
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. Cube sirloin, shake in bag with flour and brown in veg. oil. Small quantities at a time - with each skillet add in some of minced onion and pressed garlic. Transfer to large saucepan with 1 1/2 c. water and rest of ingredients. Cook till tender. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles.
