Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sirloin tip beef
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 med. clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 1 1/4 c. water

Directions

  1. Trim excess fat from beef and cut into 1 inch cubes. In skillet, brown beef in butter. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, over low heat about 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles.
