  • Spring Onions – 3 to 4, finely slices
  • Crabmeat – 200 gms
  • Beansprouts – 250 gms
  • Eggs – 2, medium, beaten
  • Peanuts – 2 tblsp, roasted, chopped
  • Soy Sauce – little
  • Red Chillies – 2, finely chopped
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder as per taste
  • Oil as required
