Ingredients

  •     MAIN SP c
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 2 x Bay leaf
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Shallot minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
  • 1/4 c. Chili paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  •     Add in SPI E
  • 1 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  •     VEGETAB
  •     Assorted veggies sauted
  •     Savoy cabbage

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the main spice ingredients. Add in the rest and simmer for 8 min.
  2. Saute/fry any combination of vegetables such as eggplant, carrots, bell peppers, blanched broccoli and or possibly califlower and add in to sauce. Finally add in 1 c. of savoy cabbage and cook for a few min. Serve in a ring of white rice.
