Ingredients

  • 1 pound velvetta cheese
  • 2 cups mayo (miracle whip will not work)
  • 2 lb bag of hash browns (slightly defrosted)
  • 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions

  1. Melt Velvetta cheese
  2. add mayo and potatoes
  3. transfer to baking dish and top with crumbled bacon
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350
