Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic till tender in oil. Add in tomatoes and small amount of water; simmer 15 min. Add in basil, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper; simmer another 10 min. Add in seafood and cook till done (about 5-10 min). Serve over linguine and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  2. Note: IN summer I use fresh garden tomatoes and herbs.
