Simple Salmon Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 x Cloves garlic, thin slices
  • 4 x Salmon fillets (7 ounce each)
  • 1 bot teriyaki-sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet. Add in garlic aund sautee till dark golden. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour teriyaki sauce over the fish. Distribute garlic slices proportionately on top. Marinate for 45 min.
  2. Preheat oven (400 F). Bake salmon 12 to 15 min. Serve immediately.
  3. Serving suggestion: boiled potatoes with minced parsley.
  4. Salty, but tasty.
