Simple Pork BBQ Recipe

It's as easy as it can get! A little pork, a little barbeque sauce, a lot of time, and a lot of happy tastebuds!

Directions

  1. Shave as much fat as possible from the pork roast.
  2. Rub in garlic powder and onion to your liking.
  3. Place roast in crockpot and pour beef broth on top.
  4. Set crockpot on Low overnight (approximately 10 hours).
  5. Remove roast from crockpot. Discard leftover liquid from crockpot.
  6. Use a fork to pull apart pork, discarding bone.
  7. Replace pulled pork into crockpot, and add barbeque sauce.
  8. Set crockpot on Low or Warm for 30 minutes or until ready to eat.
  9. Be sure to stir before serving to ensure bbq sauce is evenly distributed.
  10. Serve on bun or alone - either way, your tastebuds will be in Heaven!
