This thinly sliced cucumber and tomato salad is fresh and delicious. Even the dressing is healthy. I usually serve it with my Chicken Biryani recipe. Enjoy!

  2. Mix Dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add dressing to salad and toss until thoroughly coated.
  4. Serve alongside any spicy dish, such as my Chicken Biryani recipe.

This is a great, fresh tasting salad that you will love. The dressing is what makes it. You can try this dressing with just about any green salad ingredient and you won't be disappointed. And your heart and waistline will appreciate the lowfat yogurt base. Here's a creamy dressing that you don't have to feel guilty about!
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!

Really must get some cumin! I love cukes and tomatoes together and the dressing sounds really delicious!
