Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound dried pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (uncooked)
  • goya seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
