Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cooked large shrimp
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • one tablespoon sour cream
  • one teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Large Rolls/Buns of your choice

Directions

  1. Add cooked, cooled shrimp into a mixing bowl, add Old Bay Seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise, stir well, refrigerate 30 minutes to chill
  2. Slice a large ripe tomato
  3. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves
  4. Lightly toast Rolls/buns, optional
  5. Assemble sandwich, devour!
