Ingredients
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 hard cooked egg, finely minced
2 tbsp. finely minced celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
Boil shrimp. Chop up finely. Add in all ingredients together and mix well. Serve on bread or possibly crackers.
