Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 hard cooked egg, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced celery
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Boil shrimp. Chop up finely. Add in all ingredients together and mix well. Serve on bread or possibly crackers.
