Directions

  1. Combine shrimp, onions and celery. Mix salad oil and lemon juice in a bowl and add in seasonings. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Pour mix over shrimp and toss well. Cover and chill to marinate for 2 hrs. Mix lightly but thoroughly and toss with shredded lettuce and tomato. Garnish with tomato wedges.
